SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager with a strong background in the Mining, Oil & Gas, Mineral Processing, or Heavy Engineering sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects, ensuring that they are completed on specification, within budget, and on time.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage engineering projects from initiation to completion.
Develop and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting to management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical or Mechatronic (mandatory).
Minimum of 5–8 years project management experience in the Mining, Oil & Gas, Mineral Processing, or Heavy Engineering industries.
Strong knowledge of project management principles, tools, and methodologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under pressure.
PMP or equivalent certification will be an added advantage.
