Key Responsibilities

Facilitate structured planning sessions to align teams on priorities and goals
Track progress of delivery cycles and ensure commitments stay on course
Identify performance trends and recommend areas for improvement
Promote clear visual work practices to improve task transparency
Monitor workflow to reduce delays and ensure smooth progression
Collaborate with product partners to keep priorities accurate and updated
Lead regular reflection sessions to strengthen delivery practices
Drive initiatives that support ongoing improvement and team growth
Encourage open communication and collaboration across all teams
Support preparation for upcoming delivery cycles
Help define tasks, timelines, and expected outcomes
Maintain a well organised backlog that is ready for development
Lead focused daily discussions to maintain team momentum
Identify blockers early and work with relevant people to resolve them
Serve as the central point for updates on progress, risks, and expectations
Ensure all stakeholders remain informed and aligned throughout delivery
Identify risks and dependencies early to prevent disruption
Keep teams aware of key constraints that could affect outcomes

Job Experience and Skills Required

Degree in a technical or information related field preferred
Relevant practical experience may substitute formal qualifications
Minimum three years working with software delivery teams in an Agile environment
Strong experience with Scrum and Kanban practices
Proven collaboration with developers, product partners, and business stakeholders
Strong leadership and facilitation capability
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
Ability to manage challenges and guide productive discussions
Skilled in identifying and managing delivery risks
Scrum Master certification
Agile Practitioner certification
Additional Agile or project delivery related certifications
