POSITION INFO:
Job Description: Develop project plans Work closely with clients and stakeholders Ensure project timelines are met within budget Seamless integration between disciplines Manage tender process and contractors Attend site meetings Successful close out and handover Skills & Experience: Minimum 3-5 years' of experience in construction and or building environment Contract principles essential, JBCC, FIDIC, NEC Great interpersonal skills Perform well in high-pressure environments Valid driver's license Qualification: BEng\/BTech or Diploma in Civil, Structural or Quantity Surveying Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
