Project Manager

SUMMARY:
Project Manager required to execute and manage campaign admin and liaise efficiently with internal stakeholders.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

• System based management
• Time Management
• Monitoring Progress to ensure projects are progressing as planned.
• Quality & Satisfaction – ensure stakeholders are satisfied with results.
• Support all day-to-day aspects of the account management team
• Reporting & Documentation - prepare weekly/monthly status reports
• Participate in related departmental projects
• Foster a positive relationship with key team members at all levels of the organization
• Work cross functionally with other areas
• Internal Business communications - Internal communication with the regional operations and warehouse managers to retrieve clarity on stock movements and stock on hand when clarity is needed.
• Daily Administration duties

Requirements:

• Project Management certification (advantageous)
• Grade 12
• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position and industry
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP & Pivot tables)
• Ability to communicate fluently in English
• Driven and accountable and able to adapt to a high performing company culture
• Resolve challenges through analysis and decisive intervention
