SUMMARY:
Project Manager required to execute and manage campaign admin and liaise efficiently with internal stakeholders.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

System based management
Time Management
Monitoring Progress to ensure projects are progressing as planned.
Quality & Satisfaction – ensure stakeholders are satisfied with results.
Support all day-to-day aspects of the account management team
Reporting & Documentation - prepare weekly/monthly status reports
Participate in related departmental projects
Foster a positive relationship with key team members at all levels of the organization
Work cross functionally with other areas
Internal Business communications - Internal communication with the regional operations and warehouse managers to retrieve clarity on stock movements and stock on hand when clarity is needed.
Daily Administration duties

Requirements:

Project Management certification (advantageous)
Grade 12
2-3 years’ experience in a similar position and industry
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP & Pivot tables)
Ability to communicate fluently in English
Driven and accountable and able to adapt to a high performing company culture
Resolve challenges through analysis and decisive intervention
