POSITION INFO:

An award-winning agency in Durban is looking for a mid-level Project Manager responsible for planning, organising, managing, and executing through-the-line projects from beginning to end.

Responsibilities

• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all stakeholders (inside and outside the company) and ensuring feasibility
• Costing accurately based on the scope
• Co-ordinating internal resources (within the division and within the group) as well as third parties for the flawless execution of projects
• Developing a detailed project plan covering all workstreams to track progress accurately
• Ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget
• Ensuring resource availability, allocation, and accountability to the projects
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with Client Service and all other stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimise project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/suppliers
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Drive and facilitate post-campaign wash-ups

Requirements

• Proven working experience as an ATL/digital and/or social project manager
• In-depth knowledge of web-based and social technologies
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience on Chase
• Qualification in Project Management
