POSITION INFO:

An award-winning agency in Durban is looking for a mid-level Project Manager responsible for planning, organising, managing, and executing through-the-line projects from beginning to end.

Responsibilities

Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all stakeholders (inside and outside the company) and ensuring feasibility
Costing accurately based on the scope
Co-ordinating internal resources (within the division and within the group) as well as third parties for the flawless execution of projects
Developing a detailed project plan covering all workstreams to track progress accurately
Ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget
Ensuring resource availability, allocation, and accountability to the projects
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationship with Client Service and all other stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimise project risks
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/suppliers
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Drive and facilitate post-campaign wash-ups

Requirements

Proven working experience as an ATL/digital and/or social project manager
In-depth knowledge of web-based and social technologies
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience on Chase
Qualification in Project Management
