Project Manager

Together with our client, an electronic manufacturing company in Pretoria East we are recruiting for a Project Manager to liaise with clients and manage projects allocated to him/her from the quotation phase, through the NOI phase and Production. The Project Manager needs to ensure delivery on time within the allocated budget. The Ideal Candidate needs to have 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing or technical environment and hold a 3-year Project Management Qualification.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Liaising with clients
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction
• Understand products
• Invoice finished products.
• To market the company to existing and new clients.
• Check for substitutes/alternatives for stock that can be picked for the MO/Project.
• Match Purchase Order (PO) details against MO details to check:
• Alternatives procured but not on the MO.
• Client MOQ is not on the BOM.
• Quantity differences between PO and MO.
• Attend weekly planning meetings and assist with WIP counts and project progress tracking.
• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company.
• Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
• Resolve customers' complaints in an effective and respectful way
• Gather, report, and communicate customers' feedback on service, technology and product delivery
• Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices

Required Minimum Qualifications

• 3-year Project Management Qualification
• 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing or technical environment

Salary: R 500 000.00 – R 540 000.00 per annum
