SUMMARY:
Our client specializes in project support for the (petro) chemical and maritime industries. They provide personnel in the areas of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operations, Maintenance, and Safety. They are seeking a Project Manager Architecture.

POSITION INFO:
Job Title: Project Manager Architecture
Location: Netherlands
Salary: To be discussed in the Interview
Vacancy Type: Full-Time

Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:

Degree in Architecture or related field.
Proven experience managing architectural projects.
Strong knowledge of CAD and BIM software.
Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).

Beneficial requirements:

Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Understanding of construction processes and regulations.

Duties and responsibilities:

Oversee architectural projects from concept to completion.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
Ensure compliance with building codes and standards.
Prepare detailed project reports and documentation.
