Project Manager (Civil)

SUMMARY:
Our client in the Construction sector requires a Project Manager based in Port Elizabeth

POSITION INFO:
Duties:
Overall Planning and Management of Civil projects as assigned.
Quality Management on assigned projects.
Planning per MS Project Programs.
Manage Resources/finance/invoicing/cash flow.
Attending site Meetings.
Liaison with Clients.
Reporting to Executive Manager (Operations).

Requirements:
· Min. 3 Year Relevant Civil Diploma/BTech Degree and registered at SACPCMP and/or ECSA. OR · Min. 3 Year Diploma in Project Management and registered at SACPCMP.
· Minimum 5(Five) years’ post qualification experience as Project Manager with projects >R15 Mil., preferably in a Water Eng. Environment.
· Sound knowledge of FIDIC, GCC2015, NEC3 Contracts.
· Sound knowledge of MS Projects Programs and MS Excel.
· Ability to read Mechanical and Civil drawings.
· Good understanding of a Tender Contract BoQ.
· Strong planning and organizational skills.
· High level of problem solving and critical thinking skills.
· Must have no fear of heights or confined spaces
· Good and fit health.
· Valid Driving License.
· Willingness to sleep out away from home.
· Sound knowledge & Experience of Concrete structures.
