We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Project Manager II to oversee and coordinate projects while ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients. The role requires strong teamwork, flexibility, and the ability to prioritise tasks and resolve issues efficiently under pressure.
The Project Manager II will ensure accurate and timely communication with clients, maintain meticulous project documentation, and collaborate effectively with the team to achieve shared goals.Â
What you'll do:
- Teamwork, flexibility, understanding urgency and priorities, and quick problem-solving skills are essential.
- Excellent customer interaction.
- Requires performing daily application availability checks.
- Engage with service providers for follow-ups and feedback on technical queries to ensure efficient and quick turnaround times on tickets logged.
- Achievement of First Line Resolution (FLR) percentage.
- To ensure that we communicate accurately and timeously with the relevant clients regarding Incidents logged.
- Meeting of the relevant Service Level Agreements with the customer/ clients.
- Ensure that all correspondence is adhered to, executed, or noted in the correct manner.
Your Expertise:
- English - Can converse and has the necessary email skills
- Excellent Customer Interaction with clear, concise, and effective communication skills
- Effectively collaborate with the team to achieve common goals
- Manage Engine and/or HP Service desk experience
- Soft Skills - Telephonic
Qualifications:
- National Senior Certificate/ Matric/ N3/ Grade 12
- Pass typical recruitment checks (criminal, qualification, ID verification checks, etc.)
- ITIL
