POSITION INFO:

WE ARE ASSISTING OUR CLIENT TO FILL THE ROLE OF THE LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

THIS IS A 6 MONTH CONTRACT ROLE

THE RESOURCE NEEDS TO BE IN EGYPT FULL TIME (ONSITE)

SCOPE OF WORK:

  1. Design and implement a Proof of Concept (POC) as per the plan and ensure it full implementation by 15th December 2021.
  2. Lead and advise on the Afreximbank Academy capability, guiding the Bank through enterprise-wide learning transformationss to enhance AFRACAD capabilities and operational efficiencies. This includes developing learning strategies and service models, operations and design process.
  3. Develop AFRACAD Branding that reflects the mission and vision of the Academy in conjunction with the Communications and Events team and deliver the branding concept by 15th December 2021.
  4. Determine technology requirements, determine specifications, and source a vendor in conjunction with the Technology team.
  5. Develop a course catalogue aligned to Strategic Plan VI and the AFRACAD Business Plan as approved.
  6. Pilot selected programmes to proof the concept of programmes, collect feedback from facilitators and learners and share lessons learned to fine tune operations and training programmes. Where necessary, redesigned the proposed learning operations to enhance the learner experience. 
  1. Provide professional expertise and experience in learning operating model and organization design, operations and process design, benchmarking, content and vendor rationalization, corporate academy design, learning management systems, learning administration, and learning outsourcing.
  2. Design marketing and internal and external communications plan in partnership with the Communications and Events team for rollout by 01stJanuary 2021
  3. Determine AFRACAD workforce/staffing requirements including onboarding and training for consideration in the Bank’s 2022 Manpower Planning process scheduled in November 2021
  4. Determine facilities requirements such as, furnishings, equipment, layout and other considerations. Develop a facility blueprint for other locations to be rolled out in conjunction with Administration and Afreximbank Trade Centre teams.
  5. Provide monitoring, evaluation, reporting and improvements on the process and progress.
  6. Develop a detailed plan for launching the Afreximbank Academy by 20th December 2021.
