The ideal candidate will bring 12 years of industrial operation experience in a mining plant environment, with at least six of those years dedicated to hands-on project management. Working in environments that demand precision and safety, the project manager must adeptly coordinate complex EC&I projects, ensuring seamless integration of electrical, control, and instrumentation systems.
Qualifications form a critical foundation for this role.
- Candidates should possess a B.Eng or
B.Tech (NQF Level 7) in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or at minimum a Diploma (NQF Level 6) in the same fields.
A formal project management certificate is essential to demonstrate capability in managing timelines, budgets, and teams successfully.
