SUMMARY:
Are you a results driven Project Manager with a passion for innovation and engineering? We are looking for a proactive professional to lead the delivery of research, development, and special projects, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to transform ideas into market-ready solutions.

POSITION INFO:
Job Description: Lead and manage R&D, prototyping, and special projects from concept through to completion Develop project plans, monitor progress, manage budgets, and ensure projects are delivered on time Collaborate with engineering, design, procurement, and construction teams to drive successful project execution Coordinate local and international procurement, supplier relationships, and material sourcing Drive cost optimisation and value engineering to improve product competitiveness Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies Prepare clear project updates and reports for key stakeholders and senior management Support strategic business initiatives and cross-functional projects as required Skills & Experience: Minimum 5+ years' project management experience Proven experience managing cross-functional projects from planning to delivery Strong financial and commercial skills, including budgeting, cost control, and value engineering Experience with local and international procurement and supplier management. Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, CCS Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities Adaptable, organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Qualification: NDip\/ BTech\/ BEng Civil Engineering, Construction Management Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is advantageous.
