POSITION INFO:
Currently, we are in search of a dynamic and seasoned Solar Project Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in overseeing and steering solar energy projects throughout their entire life-cycle. Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring the seamless execution of projects, adhering to deadlines, and surpassing the expectations of our clients. Duties:

Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of solar energy projects, from site selection to commissioning.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including Engineers, Technicians, and contractors.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment.
Client Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project life-cycle.
- Address client concerns and provide regular project updates.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and permits.
- Stay updated on industry standards and best practices.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solar projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proactively address issues to prevent project delays.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in solar project management.
Strong understanding of solar energy systems and technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards.
