Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis and Project Management
- Develop a clear understanding of clients’ core business goals and how system features support those objectives.
- Collect and document detailed requirements for new functionalities and enhancements.
- Provide accurate estimates and scope assessments for project tasks.
- Guide and oversee development teams working on feature delivery.
- Ensure solutions are thoroughly tested against business needs.
- Coordinate deployment and release activities smoothly.
- Manage defect prioritization and resolution processes.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.

- Highly detail-focused with the ability to deeply engage with client needs to deliver appropriate solutions.

- Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and specification writing.
- Experience with project planning, estimation, and resource management tools and techniques.
- Hands-on experience working with development teams, understanding technical constraints and trade-offs.
- Familiarity with testing processes, including creating test cases and supporting quality assurance efforts.
- Knowledge of deployment and release management best practices.
