Projects Controls Manager (Remote work)

SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:

Prepare estimates and cost plans for project proposals

Ensure initial cost plans are sufficient

Accountable for all project estimating, invoicing, cost forecasting as well as plans & schedules

Provide technical leadership

Provide commercial and contract support through construction stage

Provide knowledge of cost coding structures

Prepare tender packages and tender analysis

Identify and propose value engineering options

Facilitate project constructability

Oversee project scheduling platform

Forecast and monitor cash flow  

Skills & Experience:

Knowledge of forms of contracts and reimbursement models

Project management experience

Water, wastewater and water recovery experience

Experience with projects services and cost engineering concepts

Experience with project initiation, planning execution, monitoring, controlling and closeout

Strong analytical and computer skills

Experience with development of enterprise costing and cost management tools

Qualification:

BS Degree in Engineering or related technical field

PMI, AACEI or other industry certificates (Advantageous)

Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
