POSITION INFO:

Description:

Handle aspects of land, leases (residential & corporate) and property management in Gauteng and other international locations.
Facilitate property valuations and negotiate property sales and lease agreements in the best interest of the business.
Sort out land and contractual matters with local authorities and other stakeholders.
Negotiate successful property transactions and lease agreements.
Oversee commercial / contractual matters pertaining to the portfolio including land transactions for disposals and purchases.
Benchmark reports and keep abreast of international trends and best practices
Manage brokers for subleasing.
Negotiate and conclude Residential and commercial leases.
Manage tenants and stakeholder relationships
Commercial acumen and preparation of rental proposals
Marketing of building viewings
Must be PowerPoint and Excel proficient
Manage timeous renewals of lease agreements
Ability to capture costs for invoicing tenants

Qualification:

University Bachelor's Degree
