Property Administrator

SUMMARY:
Our Client in the Property industry based in Fourways is looking for a Property Administrator to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12) essential
• Certificate or diploma in property management, real estate, or finance
• 2–5 years experience as a Property Administrator or in a similar role.
• Proven experience using MDA Property Manager software.
• Experience working with and managing rent rolls across a multi-property portfolio

• Maintain and update rent rolls in MDA for all properties
• Ensure accuracy of rental charges, recoveries, and escalations
• Reconcile discrepancies between lease terms
• Generate monthly rent roll reports for financial and operational reviews
• Capture leases, tenant information, billing instructions, and recovery structures
• Process monthly billing runs, including rental, operating costs, utilities, and ad hoc charges
• Generate and distribute tenant statements.
• Run MDA reports including arrears, income schedules, and variance reports
• Follow up on tenant payments and arrears in coordination with finance teams
• Process tenant deposit refunds and recoveries.
• Assist with budget inputs, accruals, and property performance reports
• Coordinate with facilities/maintenance teams on service requests logged by tenants
• Handle tenant communication professionally and in a timely manner
• Assist with audit preparation and compliance requirements
