Property Administrator
Based in Houghton
R15 000 - R18 000 CTC per month

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Previous property administration experience (ideally 1–2 years) with exposure to residential or commercial property environments
Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to manage leases, tenant records, correspondence, and filing accurately
Basic financial administration experience, including invoicing, reconciliations, rental schedules, or utilities and levy processing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage professionally with tenants, landlords, contractors, and internal teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with property management systems is advantageous
