The business is focused on delivering personalised service, strong market expertise and innovative solutions to meet the needs of its clients.   What they are looking for Our client is looking for a Property Administrator to join their team in Bryanston. The successful candidate will provide administrative support within the property environment, ensuring that day-to-day processes are handled accurately and efficiently.   Key Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support within the property environment. Maintain accurate and organised property-related documentation and records. Assist with day-to-day administrative processes and coordination. Ensure information is captured accurately and maintained up to date. Communicate professionally with clients, tenants, service providers and internal stakeholders. Assist with queries and follow up on outstanding administrative matters. Support the team with various property administration tasks as required.   Minimum Requirements: Minimum 1 year’s experience working as an Administrator within the property industry. Well-spoken with strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organisational and administrative skills. Ability to work independently as well as within a team. Professional, reliable and client-focused approach. Know your way around Excel.
