JOB SUMMARY:
Are you a Property Administrator who has minimum three years experience in all round administration, general accounts and legal administration experience?
 
Our well-established International client is requiring your vibrant personality and interpersonal skills to join their dynamic property team based in Century City.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

REQUIREMENTS
  • Matric, plus relevant qualifications advantageous
  • Strong background in administration within the property sector
  • Dealing with legal aspects within a property company highly advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans
  • Exposure to Legal administration
  • Excellent customer care skills
  • Effective communication skills & ability to work to strict deadlines
  • Min three years administration experience with good computer skills
DUTIES
  • Manage the general administration duties for the office
  • Managing various financial aspects assisting the accounts department
  • Dealing with Legal documentation requirements
  • Communicating and corresponding with clients via email and telephonic
  • Managing queries
  • Posting of accounts
  • Collating of information required for various projects
  • Manage the filing system
  • Typing of correspondence
  • Dealing with enquiries
  • Assisting the Managers with general correspondence and administration duties
  • Updating processes and procedures
  • Execute company documents i.e. Licences, Deeds, Share Certificates.
  • Draft procedures for clients
  • Participate in team, departmental and corporate project and planning processes
  • Maintain accurate record.

Salary: R15k dependent on experience
