JOB SUMMARY:
Our client, based in Claremont is looking to employ a Property Advisory Service Lead to join their team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Experience Required:

* 3 years work experience
* Knowledge of Industrial/ Commercial property sector
* Corporate real estate advisory services.
* Property development sales support
* Lease management and placement of tenants.

* BSc Property Studies or similar
* Driver's License
* Fully Vaccinated

Total package:

* Discretionary Performance Bonus dependent on company and individual performance
* 20 working days annual leave. Compulsory 1 week leave between Christmas and New Year
