Property Business Relationship Consultant (Northern Suburbs, Cape Town)

Requirements:

- Grade 12 / Matric with Accounting as a subject

- Tertiary Qualification

- At least 5 years’ experience in a telesales position

- Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English

- Valid driver’s license and your own vehicle

- Able to make 100 – 120 calls per day

- Maintain excellent and professional telephone etiquette

- Position, can-do attitude

- Professional

- Experience in the accounting industry

- Excellent administrative skills, attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- Above average computer literacy

- Deadline driven

- Service orientated

- Able to work under pressure and be flexible

- Performance driven

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Able to multi-task

- Financial background will be advantageous

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Calling clients / incoming leads

- Following up on client queries

- Making 100 – 120 calls per day

- Book meetings for accountants if clients would like to find out more about the accounting and tax services

- Assist new accounting clients with on-boarding procedures
