POSITION INFO:

If you are driven by success and “Sold” is your favourite four letter word, look no further because my client, SA’s Top Property Investment Company is seeking a Property Consultant to join their team!

In this position you will be equipped with the stock and clients, all you need is your sales pitch.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide consulting services and property sales to primary buyers and investors
• Sell investment property to first time investors
• Sell exclusive New Developments
• Call incoming leads and schedule consultations with client
• Arrange and facilitate show house viewings

Requirements:

• Relevant diploma/degree (financial qualification advantageous)
• NQF 4: Real Estate
• EAAB/ Fidelity Fund certificate
• Minimum 2 years of property sales experience – preferably in the new developments

• Consulting with clients
• Experience in selling residential property
• Sectional title
• Experience with property contracts
• Knowledge of the property sales process
• Understanding investments
• Dealing with high net-worth clients
• Sales skills and closing the deals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Computer literate, including Excel skills
• Well-presented and neat
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
