Our Durban based client is a mortgage finance provider who offers the best in every service associated with being a home loan provider and has been doing this since 1999.

POSITION INFO:
This entrepreneurial successful company is wanting YOU to join them as a Property Finance Consultant at their Durban branch.
Are you a confident hunter who thrives in a pressurized sale environment and able to close deals?

DUTIES:
Source potential clients
Identify needs
Match products to needs
Close deals
Maintain customer satisfaction

REQUIREMENTS:
Matric / Grade 11 (NQF4)
2 years’ proven sales track record
Property background and knowledge of mortgages - advantageous
Own car
Strong administrative skills
Strong negotiator
Excellent Client Relationships
