Property Lending Consultant

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client, a well-established bank is looking for a Property Lending Consultant / Associate with a BSC Property Studies or B Comm / Financial qualification.

Salary: Highly Negotiable

Min Qualification

BSc Property Studies (HONS); or B Comm/Financial;
Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a bank.
Must have at least 3 + years of Property Lending or specialist lending experience.
Credit experience

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Assess, model, motivate and execute all elements of structured property lending transactions under guidance from the senior staff members in the office
Help manage relationships with clients and various divisions within the Bank to facilitate property lending transactions
Provide clients with the necessary information, support, and assistance throughout the life span of their facilities/business transactions with the Bank
