Property Manager

SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced, energetic Portfolio Manager to take full ownership of a growing portfolio of Sectional Title Schemes and Homeowners’ Associations (HOAs). You will be the primary point of contact for Trustees and owners, managing meetings, maintenance, financials, and compliance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, solution-driven, and confident in leading communication, projects, and governance processes across multiple properties.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, with direct exposure to Sectional Title and/or HOA management
• In-depth knowledge of the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act and related legislation
• Proven ability to draft professional correspondence and official documentation
• Confident in leading and chairing Trustee and AGM meetings, including minute taking and follow-ups
• Experience managing contractors, maintenance projects, and capex planning
• Strong understanding of arrears collection, budgeting, levy administration, and financial reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management and organisational ability
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
• Willingness to attend after-hours meetings and conduct regular site visits
