SUMMARY:
Our client within retail is currently seeking to employ a Property Manager with LLB Degree and accounting experience including property management.

POSITION INFO:

The successful candidate will manage all buildings with personal portfolio from a profit, maintenance and safety perspective

Ideal candidate will have LLB Degree or Property Studies qualification

Must have 3 – 5 years exp in Property ASSET management

Must have exp drawing up and managing budgets

Accounting experience (income & Expense statements)

Knowledge of Contract law principles, SAP Real Estate & Calculations thereof

Duties will include and not limited to:

· Prepare and control the budgets for each building/shopping area

· To manage all aspects of the leasing process and the administration thereof

· To timeously collect and administrate monthly rentals

· To manage the building maintenance and various contractors

· To manage staff and external service providers

· To liaise with tenants regarding complaints, requests, etc. - / manage the day-to-day running of each building/centre - / ensure all buildings/centres comply with health and safety standards / complete monthly management reports
