Commercial / Industrial - High nett worth properties - Sales Manager required to start up new branch in Sandton.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic person to manage the Sales Division for a National Property Marketing and Sales Company in the Greater Johannesburg Area. The Company presently hosts offices all over South Africa. The Sales Manager will be required to build a new Sales Team and manage such Team.

The Company utilizes modern systems and technology following worldwide trends in the disposal and marketing of Property, pre-dominantly Commercial and Industrial Properties.

Property knowledge and experience is not a pre-requisite but recommendable. Sales, Innovation, Motivational, Marketing and Management skills shall be the key driving factors in identifying the suitable candidate.

Attorneys, Relationship Managers and/or Applicants with huge networks in the Property Industry would be favourably considered for this position.

The position will attract a basic salary as well as high incentives and will depend on the skills and expertise of the successful Applicant.
