Property Specialist required for a 6 months period Available Immediately

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Matric
Qualifications: - Town Planner or Real Estate
Expeirence in Property Negotiations, leasing contracts,
Negotiation Skills on closing deals
Project Management experience or qualifications
Knowledge of construction regulations (as advantage)
Knowledge or understanding of SPLUMA (The Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act)
Knowlegde of Town Planning
