Property Virtual Assistant (UK) Join a growing UK property business where you''ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy property team. THE ROLE: PROPERTY VIRTUAL ASSISTANT As a Property Virtual Assistant, you will support a busy UK property team by managing customer enquiries, coordinating diaries and appointments, maintaining CRM records, and providing administrative support across the business. You will serve as a key point of contact for customers while helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Answer incoming calls and respond to missed calls and voicemails. Manage customer enquiries relating to property viewings and lettings. Schedule and coordinate appointments and diary bookings. Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up. Contact clients to gather feedback following property viewings. Maintain and update CRM records to ensure accurate sales progression tracking. Support general administrative functions across the business. Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and messaging platforms. Work with a variety of digital tools, workflows, and automation systems. Assist with process management and ensure data accuracy across systems. ABOUT YOU Minimum of 12 months'' UK property sector experience in a similar role. Previous Virtual Assistant experience. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with first-language level proficiency. Strong administrative and organisational skills. Previous experience in an administration, customer service, or support role. High level of computer literacy and confidence learning new systems. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities. Professional telephone manner. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. Reliable internet connection and suitable remote working setup. Experience with Airtable. Experience with Slack. Experience with VoIP phone systems. Experience with business messaging platforms. Experience with CRM systems. Experience with workflow automation tools.
