Our client in the Petroleum/Retail Industry is seeking to employ a Pump Attendant to join their team. Please note that this is a fixed-term contract.

Efficiency Staffing Solutions (Pty) Ltd Registration No. 2022\/876857\/07 Duties & Responsibilities To provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with fuel dispensing, maintaining cleanliness of the forecourt, and ensuring safe and efficient operations at the fuel station. Attend to customers in a professional and friendly manner. Dispense fuel accurately and safely into customer vehicles. Assist customers with oil, water, tyre pressure, and windscreen checks. Handle cash and card payments where required. Promote fuel station products and specials. Maintain cleanliness of pumps, forecourt, and work areas. Follow all health and safety procedures. Report fuel leaks, equipment faults, or incidents immediately. Assist with stock control and receiving deliveries when required. Ensure customers receive quick and efficient service. Experience & Qualification Matric certificate advantageous\/ Grade 11. Previous experience as a pump attendant or in customer service will be beneficial. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Honest, reliable, and presentable. Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Physically fit and able to stand for long periods. Basic numeracy and cash-handling skills.
