POSITION INFO:
We’re actively recruiting top-performing Pump Sales Engineers for several open positions across South Africa.
If you’re a technically strong, relationship-driven sales professional who understands pump systems, process flow, and industrial applications, this is your opportunity to join leading organisations in the engineering and manufacturing sector.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

Qualification in Mechanical or Process Engineering (or similar technical field)
Proven experience in pump or fluid handling equipment sales
Solid understanding of centrifugal, slurry, or positive displacement pumps
Technical competence to read and interpret P&IDs, layouts, and specifications
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel

Job Experience & Skills Required

Drive sales across mining, industrial, and process sectors
Grow and maintain key customer accounts while identifying new opportunities
Prepare and present technical tenders, proposals, and quotations
Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver efficient pumping solutions
Represent your company at industry events, client meetings, and site visits
Consistently meet or exceed targets through technical expertise and persistence
