SUMMARY:
Are you an immediately available competent administrator who has managed purchase orders in a fast-paced environment?
Our Client based in Montague Gardens requires your expertise to support a sales executive competently dealing with customers and suppliers.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS
Matric, relevant qualifications advantageous
Communication skills in English and Afrikaans
Excellent typing skills
Good computer literacy
Fast & Accurate data capturing skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to multi-task effectively
 
DUTIES
Load Purchase orders
Managing emails
Request and ordering of tickets required
Follow up on comments received from customers
Checking of contracts
Request and check Pro forma invoices
Manage Supplier deposits
Follow up on red seal and Blue seal samples
Manage amendments
Send all comments to supplier
Submit artwork for approval
Submitting pre-production & production samples
Following up on all approvals
Sending approvals to necessary people within the company
Ensure that supplier has the updated Royalty tags
 
Salary: R14000 – R15000 dependent on experience
