POSITION INFO:

At iOCO, we’re passionate about solving complex problems through smart technology and innovation. We’re looking for an Intermediate Python Developer to join our team of curious, driven, and collaborative technologists. You’ll play a hands-on role in building robust back-end systems, contributing to solution architecture, and working alongside dynamic cross-functional teams.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and maintain scalable Python applications and APIs
• Collaborate with front-end developers, data engineers, and QA teams
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code using best practices
• Participate in code reviews, stand-ups, and sprint planning
• Support CI/CD processes and version control workflows
• Solve complex integration challenges in cloud or hybrid environments
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across multiple systems

Your expertise:

• 3–5 years of professional Python development experience
• Strong knowledge of Python frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, or Django
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and containerization (e.g. Docker)
• Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Proficient in version control (Git) and DevOps pipelines
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and team collaboration abilities

Nice to have:

• Exposure to front-end technologies like React or Angular
• Experience with message queues (e.g. RabbitMQ, Kafka)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Interest in AI/ML, data engineering, or automation
