Join Our Team as a QA/QC Assistant – Petrochemical Industry

What You’ll Do

Ensure QA/QC activities are executed to specification and scope of work
Manage service providers, verifying the quality and quantity of services delivered
Provide feedback to customers on time, cost, and quality performance
Participate in developing project scopes, cost estimations, and sign-offs
Challenge service providers on schedule, budget, scope, quality, and safety standards
Track material usage for accurate billing and validate job cards/invoices
Conduct building inspections, compile reports, and prioritize defects
Input into budgets and manage costs in line with contract agreements
Lead quarterly vendor and supply chain review meetings
Build strong customer relationships with plant owners and stakeholders

? What We’re Looking For

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 3 years in QA/QC or related technical field
Strong ability to persuade and influence stakeholders for win-win outcomes
Excellent communication and listening skills
Practical knowledge of relevant products, processes, and applications
Proven ability to manage service providers and implement corrective actions
Commitment to personal performance, improvement, and skills development
