QA Technician (Clothing)

SUMMARY:
QA (Clothing) required to join manufacturer in the clothing industry. Please note that this position is based in Hammarsdale.

POSITION INFO:

• Inspection of samples to ensure that they are according to spec
• Check garment construction
• Prepare Fit and PP reports and submit to client
• Print reports for patternmakers and discuss any changes with them
• Adherence to lead times for submission of Fits and PPS
• Attend to queries from patternmakers in relation to sample/measurement/spec/amendments
• Liaise with client in relation to queries
• Prepare package for factories QA
• Submit PPS report for DC booking
• Liaise with factories and QA to resolve any QA issues with bulk
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
• Report regularly to Manager/MD on fit/seal statuses
