POSITION INFO:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or something equally serious
ISTQB Certification – proof you know your craft
SQL Proficiency – you don’t just run queries; you interrogate the truth from data
Experience with tools like Postman, Selenium, Jira, test frameworks, or ticketing systems
For 2nd Line: You’ve handled escalations, logs, and late-night mysteries
For QA: You break things on purpose and make sure they never break again
