Requirements/ Experience in:

• Degree OR Diploma in Agriculture or similar field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Horticulture or other fruit related industries
• Must have experience in PIP, CIP and Global Gap
• Formulate systems for quality audits
• Carry out internal audits on the quality management systems
• Work closely with the farm manager to arrange, co-ordinate and participate in the external quality audits
• Experience in principle causes of quality loss, non-conformance and make recmmendations on hot to improve
