POSITION INFO:

RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER (MANUFACTURING) for a growing national concern, position based in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.

REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12.

Relevant qualification/s.

Valid driver’s license / own reliable vehicle.

Person must be able to speak, read and write in English fluently.

Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Proficiency in quality management software and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, SAP, MS Excel).

Strong knowledge of inspection techniques, testing methodologies, and industry-specific regulations.

Familiarity with manufacturing processes and machinery.

5yrs+ previous working experience in a similar position in the manufacturing industry.

Quality management.

Inspecting and testing.

Team leadership skills.

Process improvement.

Supplier quality assurance.

Documentation and reporting.

Regulatory compliance.

Cross-Department collaboration.

Person will report directly to Plant Manager.
