JOB DESCRIPTION:

QUALITY ENGINEER

Role Purpose:

Identifying quality issues, establishing containment, developing, and implementing countermeasures to ensure acceptable quality for company products and parts. Performs activity related to the development, implementation, operation, and documentation pertaining to maintaining quality for company parts.

Duties:

Control quality policies, procedure, system and standards in the plant
Instructing production employees in quality-relevant aspects of assigned components and production processes
Carrying out regular product and process audits according to VDA6.5 and 6.3
Maintenance of Process Flow Chart, Control Plan and FMEA
To ensure that Quality, Health, Safety and Environment are met at all stages of the process
Manage and conduct receiving inspection
Experience in 3D scanning
Ability to read customer drawings
Planning and implementation of sampling activities for changes and relocations after series handover
Conducting MSA, SPC and PPAP
Processing of customer complaints (0km as well as warranty) in the corresponding customer system
Conducting root cause analysis with: 5why, Ishikawa and 8D
All other tasks that this job requires

Requirements:

Relevant tertiary qualification plus min 3 years experience as per the above
