SUMMARY:
Remuneration: Package and commission structure negotiable based on Master Tech level and experience + Annual performance-based bonus + Medical aid + Pension fund + Funeral cover + Life cover

Purpose Of The Job:

We are urgently seeking a Qualified Master Technician with Ford and Mahindra experience to join our client’s dealership based in Pretoria. This is a senior technical position suited for a professional with extensive diagnostic experience and a proven track record within dealership environments. Candidates with Master Technician status in Audi or VW are also encouraged to apply.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Accurately diagnose and repair vehicles to the highest standards within expected timeframes
• Perform complex diagnostics and repairs, including:
• Emission control systems
• Computerized electrical and ignition systems
• Fuel injection systems
• ABS and cruise control
• Auto transmissions and 4WD internal components
• On-board computer issues and computerized A/C systems
• Mentor and train junior technicians where necessary
• Capably perform duties across all technician levels
• Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and operational standards
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required to ensure superior service delivery

• Qualified Red Seal Master Mechanic (Essential)
• Master Technician certification with Ford and/or Mahindra preferred
  (Master Tech in Audi or VW will also be considered)
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Master Technician in a dealership or multi-franchise environment
• High Voltage training or exposure (Advantageous)
• Valid Driver’s License (Essential)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
• Leadership skills and a proactive, customer-focused attitude
• Excellent communication and professionalism
• Automotive experience is Essential!!
