Our client, an established and very busy dealership in Gauteng Pretoria is seeking to employ a VW experienced technician that is self-motivated, friendly, and hardworking. The technician must be able to work independently.
POSITION INFO:
Position: Qualified VW Technician (Diagnostic Certification beneficial)
Industry: Automotive
Location: Pretoria - Gauteng
Salary: Basic Dependent on Experience + Incentives based on hours sold / MIBCO Benefits (No Medical Aid Contribution)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid South African Driver’s License.
- Senior Certificate.
- Trade Test Certificate.
- VW / Audi dealership experience essential.
- VW / Audi Diagnostic Certificate - Beneficial.
- VW or Audi Training Schedule.
- Fully stocked toolbox.
SKILLS:- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to take instructions and complete tasks.
- Work Independently.
- Take initiative without overstepping boundaries.
EXPERIENCE: - In a VW or Audi Dealership – Min 5 years.
- VAS Diagnostic systems.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:- Must be able to perform various tasks such as:
- Minor and Major Services.
- Engine Remove and replace.
- Engine Strip & Assemble.
- Gearbox Remove & Replace.
- Braking Systems.
- Steering.
- Suspension.
- Differentials.
- Electrical Diagnostics.
- Mechanical Diagnostics.
