Duties:
- Design and implement advanced automated testing solutions across platforms.
- Lead the definition of test scenarios using ATDD/BDD and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Create and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, and C#.
- Collaborate with developers and DevOps teams to ensure quality delivery in CI/CD pipelines.
- Lead QA discussions, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Act as a customer advocate and mentor junior QA engineers.
Job Experience & Skills Required:Qualifications: - Matric (Grade 12)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Experience: - Minimum 5 years in test automation and QA in Agile environments.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as GitLab, Postman, and Visual Studio Code.
- Advanced knowledge of C#/JavaScript and BDD frameworks.
Skills & Competencies:- Proven ability to build, maintain and scale test automation suites.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, cloud testing tools and Kubernetes.
- Experience with MongoDB, message brokers, and observability tools like Kibana/Grafana.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and mentoring skills.
