JOB DESCRIPTION:

PBT has an opportunity for a QA Engineer. The QA Engineer will need to Independently design, develop & enhance test automation scripts/frameworks. The incumbent will need to conduct the relevant root cause analysis and collaborate with QA Analysts and Software Developers to develop solutions suitable for the environment.

About the role:

Digital Retail Banking Experience Responsibilities include:
Work closely with a team to ensure script implementation comply with best practices and testability requirements.
Work closely with software developers and test engineers to understand software workflows, use cases and specifications in creating automated tests across the application.
Expand automation framework to provide additional test capabilities.
Analyse existing systems to find areas for improvement.
Actively participate in an agile development process.

About you:

Experience with API/Services Automated Test Frameworks.
Knowledge of Test Data Management.
Knowledge of Test Reporting Frameworks.
Device-level testing experience.
General SDLC process skills
Ability to operate in an Agile environment
Experience in Developing an Automation frameworks.
Experience within an Agile/Scrum/ Kanban environment.
Experience with Jira and confluence
Experience in API testing (Prefer Karate / Rest Assured)
Experience in Appium/ Selenium/ Flutter integration testing
Strong Experience in Java/ JS/ Phyton
Experience in BDD
Good knowledge of automated testing processes, methodologies and software development lifecycles, and good knowledge of Data Structures and algorithms.
