SUMMARY:
National Debt Advisor is looking for a Quality Control to join their team!!!

Description:
Quality control agents are expected to monitor calls according to their assigned campaign and may have to monitor calls across different campaigns from time to time. The purpose of monitoring is to identify non-compliance, potential risks, training gaps and coaching needs. The quality control agent is expected to communicate all these aspects to the respective team leaders and managers while providing support and guidance.

The role will entail monitoring calls with respect to their assigned subsidiary. May have to monitor other subsidiaries from time to time.
Duties include:

Call monitoring
Process monitoring
Compilation of escalations
Notifying management of trends noted on calls.
Assisting with investigations regarding complaints received.

Qualification:
·       Matric NQF 4
·       Preference will be given to candidates with industry qualification/courses.

Competencies:
·       Must have at least 1-2 years Debt Review Sales experience.
·       Attentive listening
·       Diligent work ethic
·       Demonstrate the ability to coach and provide constructive feedback.
·       Must have the ability to work independently or within a group.
·       Must be able to adapt to change.
·       Must be computer literate and have basic excel skills.
