POSITION INFO:
Job Description:

• Maintain crucial producer information to ensure quality standards.
• Keep all relevant accreditations updated for seamless operations.
• Ensure the Azzule platform is annually updated for regulatory compliance.
• Manage Maximum Residue Limits (MRLs) and spray records database meticulously.
• Handle all communication regarding MRLs, spray records, and accreditations with clients promptly.
• Process Pack House QC reports efficiently to maintain product integrity.
• Capture and process arrival QC reports with precision and attention to detail.
• Communicate and forward final QC reports and summaries promptly.
• Take responsibility for handling Marine insurance claims to safeguard our operations.

• Bring at least 2 years of experience, ideally in the fruit export sector.
• Possess a natural attention to detail to maintain quality standards.
• Fluent in both Afrikaans and English for effective communication.
• Strong computer literacy skills for data management.
• Prefer to follow due process and protocols diligently.
• Have a working knowledge of customer and market quality standards.
• Excel in communication, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
