Quality Control Administrator

SUMMARY:
Opportunity Available!! Our leading client in the Manufacturing Sector is looking to employ a Quality Control Administrator to join their dynamic team in Woodstock - Cape Town.

POSITION INFO:
Job Responsibilities:

• Document control of the quality management system - includes logging and issuing of all quality management system documents as required to relevant employees
• Document control - correct template, registering and distribution
• Record / evidence control as required by the ISO 9001:2015 assist Quality & Process Manager where required
• Certifications and client qualifications – assist Quality & Process Manager where required
• Third party (external) audits – assist Quality & Process Manager where required
• Ensure ISO 9001:2015 policies, procedures, work instructions – actively look for continual improvement
• Quality report – provide input to Quality & Process Manager when required
• Management review meeting – assist Quality & Process Manager where required / as instructed, type minutes and action list
• Non-conformances – allocate numbers, update register and ensure timeous close outs
• Approved suppliers list – update with new approved suppliers
• Calibration – coordination of calibration activities and recordings
• Management review meeting – provide input to Quality & Process Manager on activities as required

• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standard clausal requirements
• Matric
• 2-4 years of experience
• ISO 9001:2015 Implementation qualification and experience
• ISO Internal Auditors Qualification
• Documentation and record control
• QMS administration
• QC administration
• Attention to detail
• Able to work well on your own and also as part of a team
• Organisational and time management skills
• The ability to meet deadlines, and work well under pressure
