Manufacturing Quality Control Administrator
 
Established manufacturing company based in the Northern Suburbs is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced Quality Control Administrator. The ideal candidate will have a career history in a similar engineering and manufacturing industry.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• National Senior Certificate / Grade 12.
• Applicable Tertiary Qualification will be advantageous.
• Relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience on Syspro (advantageous).
• Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent administrative, numerical and communication skills.
• Accurate, methodical, and organised.
• Able to multi-task and think on your feet.
• Willing to work overtime because of operational influences/requirements.

• Responsible for the capturing, updating, analyzing and distribution of relevant production data, monthly stats, management meeting reports and other relevant QC reporting.
• Illustrate all data in the form of a table, graph, and/or table as requested by management (MS Excel).
• Generate PO for raw materials received to be tested.
• Syspro requisitions for QC procurement.
• Evaluate test reports to ensure materials are within specifications.
• Report to QA should there be any deviation.
• Assist with investigations of customer complaints and write reports.
• Assist with updating and creating new documents, work instructions, procedures, and forms.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and healthy working environment always.
• Always adhere to the Health and Safety Code and ensure that the appropriate PPE is always worn.
