Our client, a leading player in the packaging manufacturing industry, is looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Quality Control Assistant to support and enhance quality systems across their production operations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performance environment where your expertise in quality assurance and compliance will make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining in-house quality procedures and documentation.
Ensure all processes comply with ISO, HACCP, and customer specifications.
Conduct and document pre-production, in-process, and final product quality testing.
Lead and support the Quality Control team to achieve departmental KPIs.
Monitor and log Critical Control Points (CCPs), taking immediate corrective action when required.
Participate in audits and ensure audit readiness at all times.
Collaborate with internal teams and external bodies to maintain quality standards and resolve customer complaints.
Promote continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
