SUMMARY:
Quality Control Manager Western Cape R65,000-R70,000

POSITION INFO:

Purpose of the Role:

• Manage all functions of the Laboratory, Quality Control and Quality Assurance to ensure compliance to all relevant internal and regulatory requirements.
• Manage performance of subordinates in order to ensure that all KPI’s are met.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 10 years’ experience in a Laboratory Environment
• 5 years’ experience in a Managerial Capacity in a Production Environment
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office, SYSPRO, TRAXYS, WMS, Time Manager)
• Extensive experience within the Dairy Industry

Key Performance Indicators for this role (but not limited to):

• To manage and align the Food Safety and Quality Assurance Systems to ensure compliance to FSSC-----, ISO 9001 as well as any other relevant regulatory or customer requirements.
• Integration of Quality, Food Safety, SHE and Engineering systems
• To manage and align the analytical and technical services to support Operations, Business Systems and Product Development
